Professor Andy Petroianu has received his MD in 1976, PhD in Surgery in 1985 and PhD in Physiology and Pharmacology, Professor of the Department of Surgery of the School of Medicine in the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Free Docent of the Federal University of São Paulo State, Free Docent of the University of São Paulo State and Head of the Service of General Surgery at the Santa Casa Hospital in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. He is member of the National Council of Science and Technology in Brazil, and of the National Post-graduate Council in Brazil and member of the Academy of Medicine of Minas Gerais.
He has received 112 awards and honors, such as Honor Citizen of Belo Horizonte city, Best Researcher of the National Academy of Medicine, Outstanding Researcher of the Academy of Medicine of Minas Gerais, Best Researcher and also Best Surgeon of the Brazilian College of Surgeons, etc. He is editorial and reviewer member of 69 journals of Medicine. He is author of 526 research articles, 25 books, 173 book chapters and more than 3500 presentations in Medical and Research Meetings.
Dr. Sherine Adel Nasry
Has been working in the National Research Centre, (NRC), Egypt since 2004 and is currently holding the position of Professor of Oral Medicine and Periodontology in the Oral and Dental Research Division., and Secretary General of the Oral and Dental Research Division.
Dr Sherine has published 26 international papers in the fields of Regenerative medicine and Oral Medicine and Periodontology
She has also completed the Diploma in Management of Technology and is the head of Technology Innovation Support Center (TISC), a division of the Technology, Innovation and Commercialization Office (TICO), NRC, promoting innovation, activating the role of scientific research, drafting IP, and revising patent applications.
Dr Sherine is also an active member of the Organizing Committee, Conference unit, NRC and has organized and led the introductory speeches of many national, and international conferences, workshops and scientific meetings.
As a Professor of Oral Medicine, her job specifications includes conducting research in Regenerative Medicine including stem cell research, working as a Senior dentist in the NRC’s clinic, supervising the editorial as well as the practical work of different thesis submitted by junior research assistants enrolled in the Master or Doctoral degree program, organizing and giving different lectures and presentation on the national and international level .
Has been a PI, Co PI and a member in several projects in NRC and has signed a well as taking part in several internal projects as well as signing a cooperation Protocol between the National Research Centre and the University of Dentistry, Cairo University and was nominated for scientific mission in Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic in March 2016 to work on a project on the “Isolation and Characterization of neonatal stem cells”
Dr Sherine is an international reviewer and editor in several International Journals and is a member of “The Egyptian Dental Syndicate,” “The International Association for Dental Research,” “The International Stem Cell Association” , “the Arab Society of Medical Research” and the “Society for women in Science in Developing Countries, Egypt “. She has contributed in several national and international conferences as both speaker and organizer.
She has been granted a patent from the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology and has registered 4 more patents.
Dr Sherine is fluent in Arabic, German, English, and has a fair knowledge of French.
Research Interest includes stem cell research and regenerative dentistry, Oral Medicine and Periodontology, as well as epidemiological research in oral cancer.

Dr. Devamma obtained her Ph.D. from the Dravidian University in 2016; M. Phil from Alagappa University in 2007; MA from KSOU in 1998, M.Ed, B.Ed & B.sc from Bangalore University in 1987.
Dr. Dwivedi obtained a Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical chemistry from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow (First Division Hons), a Bachelor's degree from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow (First Division Hons), A.I.C. by Institutions of Chemist (India) through selection C.N.F. from UPRTOU, Allahabad. He has a total experience of about 13 years. He also took one year of research (project) work at Central Drug Research Institute (CDRI), Lucknow during M.Pharm.
Dr Yashi Bansal has 10 years of experience in ophthalmology and visual sciences. Trained at the reputed St Stephens hospital, Delhi, and Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi, she has special interests in cataract surgery, Paediatric vision enhancement, Squint correction surgeries, and Oculoplastic reconstructive procedures. She is currently working as Assistant Professor at the Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences, Jalandhar. Her research papers have been published in various international journals of repute.
Dr Sundeep Mishra, MD, DM, FACC, FSCAI is Professor of Cardiology at AIIMS, New Delhi. He did his DM in Cardiology from AIIMS and did his Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology from Washington Hospital Center, USA. He has been Guest Editor of Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions Journal, has been Past Editor-in-Chief of Indian Heart Journal, International Editor, Sri Lanka Journal of Cardiology and is on the Editorial Board of several journals. He was a Board of Trustees of SCAI, USA. He is the Course Director for TCT India, EuroCHORUS, SCAI Advanced Course and SIM. Dr.N.B.PRAKASH received B.E Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department and M.E (Applied Electronics) Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering Department from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai by the year 2000 and 2002. He received his Ph.D. degree under the Faculty of Information and Communication Engineering (Research area: Medical Image Processing) from Anna University, Chennai by June 2018. Dr.Tapash Rudra, PhD and Post-Doctoral fellow in Biotechnology, is an Associate Professor of Dept. of Biotechnology in Lincoln University College, Malaysia. After completing his PhD in Medical Biotechnology in 2011, Dr. Rudra continued his Post-Doctoral research in cerebrovascular diseases till 2014. He has been serving both as an editor and reviewer of several globally reputed journals since the last 15 years. During his academic career Dr. Rudra published numerous scientific articles in various high quality peer reviewed journals, both at the national and international levels.

In 2009 I held a six-month fellowship at the Department of Ophthalmology of Columbia University, New York (USA). In 2013 I obtained a Ph.D. in Ophthalmology at the University of Florence Eye Clinic. Since 2014 I’m working at the Hospital of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. I mainly deal with cataract surgery, refractive surgery, glaucoma, medical and surgical retina.
